Struggling to head,

not in the brains of men,

but in the hearts, we dwell.

Coping up with the offense,

Fighting against violence,

sometimes keeping calm,

waiting for the end and complete silence.

Experiencing moments of Bewilderment,

Anticipating the Amendment,

Not a regional growth but national empowerment,

Seeking for freedom and supporting environment.

    Hello and welcome back Readers!!! As we are celebrating International Women's Day in the 21st century, the need for empowerment is acknowledged by everyone; but the ideas and ideals of actions to be followed are of prime importance. Indian civilization has produced Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi, Rani Chennamma of Kittur, Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar, Savitribai Phule and many others. We cannot neglect their contribution to the society at that time being a woman is so inspiring to everyone creating a revolutionary effect symbolizing the feminine power.

    

     Nari Shakti or Women Empowerment has been valourised in the mythological epics such as the Adbhuta Ramayana in which Sita is portrayed as Goddess Kali. She incarnates herself as the dark multi-armed warrior queen saving the kingdom from magical demons of the Netherworld. So strong is the feminine power that all our macho male power bows down to them. Another prototype is Draupadi, at the center of the power cuts. Closer to our times, Mata Tulja-Bhavani and Shivaji Maharaj's devotion to her. Ballards are sung about the upbringing of Shivaji Maharaj and his mother, Jijabai, sowing the seeds of Swarajya and Maharaj acquiring divine sword from Mata Bhavani that enabled him to carve out the Swarajya from the mighty Mughal empire.

     Recently, in the week when Avani Chaturvedi became India's first women to fly a fighter jet; a video clip went viral on the social media of a woman from Jammu and Kashmir with a lathi in hand saving her husband from five armed men. It's a perfect example of a woman transforming herself from Durga to Kali as per the situation. The significant thing is that; Guinness Book of world records has acknowledged and registered a new record about Matunga Railway station of Mumbai Central line employing all the female employees.

       We have women in each and every field proving themselves, shouldering responsibilities, carving out new destinies and the world is left stunned by their efforts. British Researchers claims that women are smarter than men, have god-gifted focus and more dedicated moreover, their emotional quotient is high. Time to time; women have proved that they also can deliver when given the opportunity. There should not be any stoppage for women to perform, let the deserving one fetch the right thing for her. We often say "Behind a successful man there is a woman " so why not we produce such a day when a woman will proudly say "Behind a successful woman there is a man ". Still, the woman is treated as the weaker counterpart. Why? What a woman needs? Safety, Freedom, and Support. A few decades back; women knew only their past and present. Their future was in the hands of the men. But, some brave women raised their voices and started designing and thinking about the future and now every woman does. You cannot stop the full-fledged design of the God from being unproductive.
